PUBLICATION RIGHTS

The author, Raimon Panikkar, declares his official recognition of only the writings that he has chosen and reviewed for inclusion in his Opera Omnia (original publication in Italian by Jaca Book).  All other writings are therefore to be considered personal material, not for publication or distribution. 
Any new publication must be authorised by the author himself or by the Fondation Vivarium-Raimon Panikkar.

The Fundació Vivarium Raimon Panikkar of Can Feló, 08159 Tavertet (Barcelona) Spain, heir to all the intellectual property rights of Raimon Panikkar, hereby undertakes, according to the wishes of the author himself, to spread his thought by publishing his books and carrying on the activities conforming to the spirit which inspired him during his life.
